TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS CONTRACT: It is expressly understood and agreed that Cool Water Air Conditioning Inc.
retains title to the above- described property. In addition, it shall not pass or become vested in the purchaser until the entire purchase
price has been paid. Said property shall be and remain personal property and retain its character as such and purchaser shall not attach
or affix said property to any realty so that it does riot lose its character as personal property nor shalt purchaser resell said property
until the full purchase price thereof has been paid. The purchase price shall be due and payable as provided under "terms" above.
Finance charges will be applied to all late payments. Upon the failure of the purchaser to make any payments on the due date, the
seller, at its option, may declare the entire balance of the purchase price due and payable. In case of default, purchaser shall pay all
costs and damages including a reasonable attorney's fee incurred by seller in collecting this account or repossessing the described
property, whether suit be brought or not Purchaser hereby waives presentments, demand, and all other pre - requisites required to make
it liable. No warranties, representations, or promises not appearing in writing in this contract shall be recognized. This agreement shall
not be considered executed or binding to the seller until duly accepted by an authorized officer of the seller. The execution by seller of
this agreement is subject to force majeure and its contingent upon strikes, accidents, acts of God, weather conditions, regulations, or
other restrictions imposed by any Government or Governmental agency or other delays beyond seller's control. All work to be
performed during normal working bouts Monday through Friday 8: 00 am to 5:00 pm. unless otherwise specified. Excludes any code
upgrades on existing equipment. All quotes are good for 30 days from date.
