ADT will include the "Building Official Notice" form with all permit applications, and the form will be signed by the homeowner to allow MTCI Inspectors to perform the inspection. If for any reason you do not want ADT to provide this form with each permit, please let us know. ADTs use of third -party inspectors will reduce the workload for your installation inspectors. We would like to request a permit discount for the permit fees in your jurisdiction.
