(Scope of work) Remove 250 lineal ft. of tongue and groove wood sheathing to the entire perimeter of the house for access to the tie beam where the trusses rest. Once all of the straps are purchased and delivered to the site the straps will be mechanically attached to the tie beam with 13/4 " tap cons. Please note that one strap will be used per truss. After all straps are tied down to the perimeter and corners of the house, we will re -attach the sheathing back to its original state using ring shank nails.
