drywall ceiling at the underside of the trusses on the upper floors, the bottom portion of
many of the corridor walls, as well as selective removal inside the living space of the
units. All areas to be painted as needed.
MEP permits will be pulled with the Village of Miami Shores for any removal and
resetting of fixtures or work related to this scope of work. .
Insulation will be removed and replaced as needed.
Any HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing or Fire Sprinkler penetrations through fire rated
partitions will be sealed in accordance with UL standards. Additionally, the integrity of
the fire rated shafts and walls will be checked as needed to make sure they comply with
the appropriatd UL listing.
Exhaust fans vjill be removed, inspected, and reinstalled as needed.

During constru non several PTAC (A/C Units) OA dampers were not set to specifications. The
result is condo sation in closed wall COILStrUCtiat) at humid areas. Damper settings are corrected
and damage to xisting construction will be repaired.
SCOPE OF R PAIR WORK:
The General Ci "tractor will remove and replace damaged drywall inside the unit bathrooms and
adjacent areas needed. Unit bathrooms to be painted as needed.
MEP permits N be pulled with the Village of Miami Shores for any removal and resetting of
fixtures or wor related to this scope of work.
Insulation will removed and replaced as needed.
Any HVAC, eetrical, Phonhing Or Fire Sprinkler penetrations through fire rated partitions will
be sealed in a rdartec with UL siandards. Additionally, the integrity of the fire rated shafts and
walls will be checked as needed to make sure they comply with the appropriate UL listing.
Exhaust fans NN "11 be removed, inspected, and reinstalled as needed,.
Showers will removed and reinstalled as needed.
Vanity cabin and sinks will be removed and reinstalled as needed.
Electrical fl and fire alarm devices will be removed and replaced as needed.
All bathroom ccessories such as toilet paper holders, mirrors, towel bars, etc. will be removed
and replaced a needed.
Fixtures and ccessorics will be salvaged or replaced as needed.
Remove and lace damaged drywall taiderneath PTAC units as needed.
