WORK & DIMENSIONS: • Removed a davit, 2 cleats, a 37 square foot lower dock section, and five wood fenders from the waterward face of the seawall cap. • Installed a 75.2 square foot (9.4 feet long by 8.0 feet wide) wood dock extension supported by 2 new wood piles. Said dock extension is located approximately CLI- 2012 -0096 1 of 3 38.7 feet waterward of the seawall cap and between 42.5 and 51.8 linear feet from the north property line. • Installed a 4-post boatlift (capacity unknown) along the north side of the finger pier. Said boatlift is supported by 4 new wood piles located approximately between 28.5 and 42.5 linear feet from the north property line and 32.2 and 44 feet waterward of the seawall cap. B. MITIGATION STATUS: • N/A III. NOTES/RECOMMENDATIONS: The authorized dock extensiondW boatlift have been installed in substantial compliance with the above referenced Class I permit.
