Dear Mr. Bruhn:
In furtherance of our telephone conversation this date and pursuant to your request, this letter is to
inform you that although we intended to recover the driveway awning back in 2005 when we took
out the above permit, the work was never started. At that time, Mr. Al Berg and Mr. Claudio Grande "
knew that we intended not to do the work and intended to close the permit but obviously it was never
done. Please cancel this permit.
We apologize for any inconvenience that this oversight, by previous Village Staff, may have caused
the Village but we never thought that we needed to follow -up on a conversation that was held
between Mr. Berg, Mr, Grande and me. Thanking you in advance for your cooperation in this
