At that time, Mr. Al Berg and Mr. Claudio Grande " knew that we intended not to do the work and intended to close the permit but obviously it was never done. Please cancel this permit. We apologize for any inconvenience that this oversight, by previous Village Staff, may have caused the Village but we never thought that we needed to follow -up on a conversation that was held between Mr. Berg, Mr, Grande and me.
