interior and exterior walls due to IAQ remediation work at Browne Hall. Work is required to be
accomplished as quickly as possible.

Removal instructions from Hygienist:
Room 10:
(1) Remove the drywall from the south and east walls. The area of removal of the south wall is
approximately nine linear feet and extends up from the floor approximately eight feet. The area of
removal of the east wall is approximately thirteen linear feet and extends up from the floor
approximately four feet. Additionally, remove the vinyl baseboards from all of the walls. Visually assess
the drywall behind the baseboards for mold growth. In the event that visible mold growth is observed,
remove the drywall extending one foot in all directions beyond the edge of the mold growth.
Room 9:
(1) Remove the drywall from the north and east walls. The area of removal of the north wall is
approximately nine linear feet and extends up from the floor approximately eight feet. The area of
removal of the east wall is approximately eight linear feet and extends up from the floor approximately
four feet. Additionally, remove the vinyl baseboards from all of the walls. Visually assess the drywall
behind the baseboards for mold growth. In the event that visible mold growth is observed, remove the

Those suspect asbestos-containing materials that were present are listed below:

system. Four samples of the drywall system were collected, no asbestos was detected
in the materals.
