Our investigation revealed that the shed installation has utilized a ''x 10' x "- thick, standard weight con to growl slab, placed at grade in the r r yard area. The Concrete strode was without evidence of honeycombing or other placement deficiencies. It is our opinion that the foundation and hold -down assembly are in compliance with current wind uplift resistance requirements to prevent the shed from separating from the foundation anchorage. The light gauge metal framing and corrugated metal siding of the shed wall and roof panels are secured using standard self - tapping sheet metal or Teck screws at 4" to 6" centers on all of the visible connection points.
