Good condition. • Second level: steel deck framing with steel square columns, steel trusses, corrugated steel deck sheet, and 3" lightweight concrete poured over deck. • An older portion of the second floor is of reinforced concrete columns, wood framing with wood slat floor deck, plus carpet or faux wood tiles. • Spans: from 16 feet spans in the steel deck area to 24 ft spans in the concrete reinforced areas. NO DEFECTIONS OBSERVED. GOOD CONDITION. c. Inspection — note exposed areas available for inspection, and where it was found necessary to open ceilings, etc, for inspection of typical framing members: The closet in the 3 second floor, facing the main staircase on NE 2ave, main door, the ceiling furring and plaster is totally removed. The Trusses are flat type, at 16" O.C. made of Dade County Pine wood. Also, the ceiling of the first floor level in the large suite 9628 has been removed, the steel deck is visible. ALL TRUSSES AND FRAME ARE CLEAN, FREE OF DEFECTS, IN SOLID CONDITION. 7. STEEL FRAMING SYSTEM: a. Description: Framing of second level: steel deck framing with steel square columns, steel trusses, corrugated steel deck sheet, and 3" lightweight concrete poured over deck. b.
