alternative to proceed by declaring the structure unsafe and notifying the Miami -
Dade County Unsafe Structure Board for action as previously stated.
By the provisions of Miami -Dade County Chapter 8 Section 5, you are responsible
for all Unsafe Structure's enforcement costs, including appellate costs incurred by
Miami Shores Village. The property will be subject to a hen for those costs if
payment is not made upon request of the department.
Please file the above referenced report at the Miami Shores Building Department at
Village Hall accompanied with a $250.00 filing fee plus $100.00 late fee for a total of
$350.00 dollars.
