Re: REVISION TO PLANS
1) Permit # BP2005 -1304
2) Permit # BP2005 -1485
In reference to these permits, we are submitting the revison to plans for "optional cap tile on
benches and swimmout". As per our engineer, the code stablish that no cap tile in steps and
swimmout is required if the depth of pool is it less than 6 feet.
As we talked yesterday at Mr. Trivone's job, where you looked at the Florida Building Code book,
residential pools are not mentined in the cap tile section.
Today I bought the ANSI Book and it does not say anything about cap tiles on steps and benches.
I do not know if this is enough for you to approve this revision, anyways, I will keep investigating
about it.
For Permit # BP2005 -1485, I am submitting the revision for the deck as per your suggestion.
