This letter is to inform you that as of November 10, 2011, we will no longer need your services
as Electrical Contractor. Cesar Electric failed to meet the conditions of the `rough inspection'
scheduled between 3:00 p.m. -6:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 10, 2011 with Miami Shores
Chief Electrical Inspector, Michael A. Devaney. Specifically, your company failed to meet the
`rough inspection' and violated necessary code requirements in the following ways:
1. Trench was not deep enough and did not meet code requirements.
2. Electrical panel cannot go in a closed closet and did not meet code requirements.
3. Open wiring is not up to code in existing closet and did not meet code requirements.
Please do not return to our property address located at 10666 NE 11 Avenue, Miami Shores,
Florida 33138, per instructions from the Miami Shores Police Department, Officer William
