Re: Signage for Master Plan
Gentlemen:
According to the Master Sign Plan agreed upon on September 2005 with the Planning and
Zoning Board, we as the landlords for the Miami Village Center, LLC, are herewith accepting
the black letters for the corner signs in addition to the originally approved green letters, for any
new tenant. Also, for a single line corner unit sign, we can accept up to 24" high letters, plus a
logo in any color.
On main signs that are not on the corners they should match the aluminum color of all other
signs as per originally approved Master Sign Plan.
We will be updating the "Master Sign Plan Guidelines" to reflect these changes.
