1.) Install customer supplied dual head flood fixtures under the eave.
2.) Furnish and install a new 600 watt slide dimmer in a weatherproof box with a weatherproof cover.
3.) Furnish and install a new 20 amp 120 volt GFCI receptacle in a weatherproof box and "bubble"
cover below the dimmer switch.
4.) Furnish and install all necessary conduit and wiring for a complete installation.
Notes:
1.) Patching and painting by others.
2.) Permit fee is actual cost plus $75.00 in addition to cost below.
3.) Any additional services required by the Authorities Having Jurisdiction will be considered a
change to the scope and will be quoted as a change.
