It was as follows: 1250 H2O Rated Tank — 6" wall/ baffle/ 6" lid 1162 NE 105th Street Miami, FL We have to follow the Florida Department of Transportation codes to qualify our tanks to be H2O rated. The design must be by a certified engineer and the tank is tested by the State of Florida before we can have a legend number assigned to that particular tank. (You will find all of our legend numbers at the Florida Department of Health website.) The AASHTO H2O standard represents a 20 ton (40,000 lb) truck. Typically impact loadings would be added to wheel loadings, with a maximum of 30%. Moody Engineering has designed our tanks to withstand a truck bearing this weight with maximum tank coverage to top of grade 6'0 ".
