In the absence of local codes, install this water heater in accordance with the N.E.C. Reference Book (latest edition). The manufacturer will not be held liable for damage teething ftom alteration and/or failure to comply with these instructions. This water heater has been designed and certified fbr the purpose of healIngpotablewater.
