Murphy Construction inspected the roof to wall connection at the above property in order to substantiate the method of strap installation. Hurricane Mitigation Retrofit for Existing Site Built Residential Structure: (1) At the time of inspection, there were no straps noticed on the trusses. According to statue 553.844 section 201.3.2 of the Hurricane Mitigation Requirements, a minimum of one strap with four fasteners per truss is required (2) Roof Type: Gable To the best of my knowledge, belief and professional judgment, the above mentioned details represent the actual strap installation upon roof truss. This inspection failed to meet the minimum requirements. This report is not to be construed as a varranty of the roof, only the representation of the actual conditions at time of inspection in tine areas inspected. Calibration of the Foampro® dispensing equipment is required before application of any adhesive. The mix ratio between the "A" component and the "13" component shall be maintained betwccn 1.0- 1.15 (A): 1.0 (B). The dispense timer shall he set to deliver 0.0175 to 0.15 pounds per tile as determined at calibration. No other settings shall be approved. 6. Polypro® AH160 shall be applied with Foampro RTF1000 or ProPack® 30 & 100 dispensing equipment only. 7. Polypro® AH160 shall not be exposed permanently to sunlight. 8. Tiles must be adhered in freshly applied adhesive. Tile must be set within 2 to 3 minutes after Polypro® AH 160 has been dispensed. 9. Polypro® AH160 placement and minimum patty weight shall be m accordance with the 'Placement Details' herein. Each generic tile profile requires the specific placement noted herein.
