Tom, the above is neither a threat nor a notice of intent, but to let you know of my frustration and exhaustion at seeking to install a propane generator for my home. The building dept has been making my contractor come in multiple times with verifications, certificates etc., that are all required which I know, but why not have provided them with ALL of the requests at one time? Rather than making them make multiple trips to the office? Also, as of today 1/4/07 they are insisting that the "Qualifier" appear in person from Broward. This has been another hardship on the company that has shown good faith in trying to comply since receiving my attorney's communications. Lynn, thanks for your prompt response to my pleas.
