Insulation may be installed in multiple layers. The first layer shall be attached in compliance with Product Control Approval guidelines. Violation of Florida Building Code Sec. 104.1 As indicated above, this re- occupancy inspection cannot be utilized by the code compliance officers of the Village as a basis for bringing code enforcement violation proceedings with regard to this condition, but it is possible that, at a future time, some other inspection or event might occur which could form the basis of a code enforcement notice of violation regarding this condition. The various Village Code requirements involved provide important safeguards for the benefit of the individual residents and the Village at large and we strongly recommend that you take all appropriate steps to bring this condition into compliance with the Code.
