applicable laws regulating construction and zoning.

cancellation of permit # ELC -11 -07 -2327 for the addition of an Automatic Transfer Switch to the
existing Sprint Communication Facility located at 602 NE 96th Street, Miami Shores Village.
No work has started to date and for budgetary reasons Sprint has decided not to move forward
with this construction. Therefore please accept this letter requesting cancellation of our permit.
