All equipment, material and labor furnished by Chanin Mechanical, L.C., will bear a one -year warranty from the date of installation, against defects in workmanship and material. During installation we will take all reasonable precautions to protect all persons and to avoid damage to property. 2. We will not be liable for damages in the event of delivery or installation delays, which are due to causes beyond our control. 3. Title to the equipment remains with Chanin Mechanical, L.C., until all sums due to Chanin Mechanical, L.C., has been paid. 4. It is understood that this proposal sets our entire agreement and is entered into by Chanin Mechanical, L.C., as an independent party and not as an agent of the manufacturers. S.
