Please allow this correspondence to inform the Miami Shores Village Code Enforcement
Department that the work called for in the Permit underlying the Ordinance Violation
was not performed. Essentially, we made the determination that the cost of the work was
prohibitive. Therefore, please allow this correspondence to request a cancellation of the
Permit.
