The purpose of our investigation to verify subsoil conditions relative to foundation design of the proposed additions. A total of (3) standard penetration boring tests were performed according to ASTM D 1586 down to an average depth of 20' below existing ground surface. The proposed pile length is based on the existin ground elevation at the time of drilling. Pile length may vary depending on proposed grade beam elevation an soil profile. In the case of the Pin, Helical, or Precast piles a minimum of 4 piles shall be driven to determine productio pile length. All work shall be performed in accordance with the applicable building code. In case of existing structures in vicinity of the pile driving operation, care shall betaken not to creel excessive vibration. Vibration levels shall be monitored to verify compliance with county regulations. Ster must be taken to prevent excessive vibrations. The minimum center to center of piles or adjacent foundatior shall be not less than twice the average diameter for round piles or 1— 3 /4 times the diagonal dimensions c rectangular piles, but in no case less than 30 inches.
