Building plans reviewer, The comments for this proposed driveway state that the survey does not accurately represent the pavement in the swale of this property, and if it was done with a permit. The owner just bought this house and this was existing. At this point he does not know if it was done with a permit or not, the city should be able to access the address history of permits. Please let me know if it is possible to legalize it now in this permit we are pulling for the driveway. It looks like it's up to code and done right. If possible please include it in this permit. The customer and our company would appreciate your help approving this driveway. The owner will make a new accurate survey after he's finished with this job. There is no sense on spending so much money now on a new survey since it will be useless after the driveway is done.
