FRONT YARD FENCES All walls or fences in any front yard shall be constructed either or ornamental masonry or of ornamental metal, but not including any wire fence . All front fences must be approved by Planning and Zoning Board prior to issuance of a permit. SIDE OR REAR YARD FENCES Walls or fences in any side or rear yard, shall be constructed of chain link, wood, ornamental iron or aluminum, precast concrete, concrete block stucco, or. ornamental masonry. The use of all other materials or attachments such as slats, fabric, reed screening, etc., is prohibited.
