We, JERRY W. AND KATHLEEN LANCE, residing at 24+6 N E 102 St., Miami Shores, are requesting
from Miami Shores Village Council, a verience on the patio code to go beyond the five
foot from the properity line, due to a mistake on the part of the owner and contractor.
In requesting this we cite also for cause, that all concrete driveways, and black top
driveways, go out to the alley, not five foot back. Also there are concrete structures
in Mimi Shores which are on the properity line.
Please find a list of my neighbors , below, that de not object to this verience.

It has been brought to our attention that certain
construction work is being done on the property surveyed
by this company on July 13, 1976 and again on September 24, 1976.
The purpose of the survey of September 24, 1976 was
performed to indicate the location of the pool and patio
work under construction at that time.
The enclosed survey indicates old construction on
subject site either completed or under construction as
of October 4, 1976.
We are not in the position to comment on what portions
of the improvements indicated on the latest revision date
were either completed or in progress as of July 13, 1976.
