Oak Floors to be 13/16" x 2 -3/8" Select Red Oak, Sanded, filled,
two coa s shellac, one coat of wax.
Linoleum Floor - Standard gauge inlaid over Pine Floor with one
layer of 15# Saturated Felt cemented in place and neatly fitted.
Linoleum shall be cemented in place with manufacturer's cement as
specified.
STEEL SASH
Shall be casement type manufactured by Hope, Fenestra or equal as ap-
proved. All of sizes as noted on elevations, furnished complete with
bronze locking and operating handles - screen frames with 18 mesh screen

TILE WORK
All of the tile to be laid on a full cement grout and to be level and
plumb. All wainscot tile to be set in cement grout on a metal lath. The
General Contractor will install metal lath. All floors are to be set in
waterproofed cement grout. All tile wainscot shall be set flush with
finish plaster. Tile caps projects 1/16" beyond the wainscot and plaster.

Plaster - Three coats, scratch and brown applied in one operation. Finish
coat, tiger lime or equal properly gauged. Texture Finish with plain hard
finish in bath and kitchen.
Stucco: Two coat work applied on dampened wall, scratch coat, one part
cement, two parts sand, with necessary amount of lime, brought to true
plane and scratched. Finish coat, one part cement, two and half parts
sand, float finish.

PAINTING
All millwork including interior and exterior trim shall receive prime
coat immediately before or after erection. All nail holes, cracks, etc.
shall be puttied full and smooth. All exterior woodwork shall receive
three coats of oil paint including prime coat, sanded between each coat.
All interior woodwork shall receive two coats of oil paint, sanded between
each coat. Exterior stucco shall receive two coats of stucco waterproof-
ing as specified. (Interior walls shall receive two coats of oil paint,
first coat to be primer - sealer with color added, second coat to be proper-
ly mixed oil paint of colors as selected by Owner or Contractor.)
Steel Sash to receive two coats of auto enamel in color as selected by
Owner or Contractor.
ELECTRICAL
All work in accordance with National Electric Code.
Florida Power and Light Co. rules and local code.
Fees, permits, tests as required by law.
Materials shall be new, listed, and approved by National Board of Fire
Underwriters, and bear the label of this board.
Conduit - Thin wall steel tubes throughout threaded conduit for
service.
Wire - Code Grade
Service - As required by Overhead meter socket by FPL & Co. installed
by this Contractor. Branch circuits as required.
