Texture Finish with plain hard finish in bath and kitchen. Stucco: Two coat work applied on dampened wall, scratch coat, one part cement, two parts sand, with necessary amount of lime, brought to true plane and scratched. Finish coat, one part cement, two and half parts sand, float finish. -2- PAINTING All millwork including interior and exterior trim shall receive prime coat immediately before or after erection. All nail holes, cracks, etc. shall be puttied full and smooth. All exterior woodwork shall receive three coats of oil paint including prime coat, sanded between each coat. All interior woodwork shall receive two coats of oil paint, sanded between each coat. Exterior stucco shall receive two coats of stucco waterproof- ing as specified. (Interior walls shall receive two coats of oil paint, first coat to be primer - sealer with color added, second coat to be proper- ly mixed oil paint of colors as selected by Owner or Contractor.) Steel Sash to receive two coats of auto enamel in color as selected by Owner or Contractor. ELECTRICAL All work in accordance with National Electric Code. Florida Power and Light Co. rules and local code. Fees, permits, tests as required by law.
