The Miami Shores Building Department requires
that when an air conditioning unit is to be placed
on the side of a house the adjacent property
owners must be notified to insure that the unit
is not placed in a location that will create a`
nuisance, i.e. under a bedroom window.
It is our intention to place the unit, at
1532 N.E. 104 Street, approximately 10 feet from
the front of the building on the east exterior
wall. This will.be immediately west of your
garage.
