Building Department Miami Shores Village January 13, 1955 This letter is to clarify my intent of making use of my garage which is obsolete in as much as it is too small for storage of the modern car. My intention is to make use of this garage area by cleaning, repairing, fixing and painting so as to make a presentable building for use as a rumpus room, play or hobby area and etc to be used by my family, mainly my son for use of his many hobbies.
