We will process the bond #1590 and refund the $300 to you. I wish to point out that this is not the
normal procedure and if in the future you should be in a similar situation, we will not be able to
accommodate you. Please be advised that the contractor on the permit will be the same on the bond
and that refunds will be made to the contractor, as stipulated.
Upon completion of the job, please bring the original bond to the Village Hall. You will be eligible
for refund June 1, 30 days from the time of payment for the permit. Finance Department requires a
30 -day period for checks to clear.
