Iftami Shores Planning & Zoning Board

Miami Shores, Fla. 33138
Dear Members:
This is an appeal for the code violation I received May 8, 1990.
It never occurred to me to apply for a building permit for my
swimming pool cover since it is mobile on 4 castering wheels and
not attached to the ground or house in any way.. It is made of
welded galvanized steel tubing. The outside dimensions are:
36' 2"I, by 19' 0Q °W by 12' 9 "H. When finished it will have a
canvas cover which I will remove when we have a hurricane.
None of my neighbors have told me they disliked it and all have
seen it as I have been working on it part time for 2 years.
