I want to inform you that Universal Air Conditioning Corp. has never abounded;
1290 NE 101 Street, Miami Shores, FL 33138. Universal Air has done 90% of the Job.
Which is the Ductwork for the 2 units, installation of the 5 tons air handler in the addict,
New refrigeration system for the three units, new drain system and with rought inspection
passed. What is needed is to install 1 of the 2 ton unit and grills.
As the contract is stated Universal Air and Mr. Serrano agreed on a 10 efficiency.
But now he wants a 14 efficiency which is much more expensive and does not want to
pay the difference for the 14 efficiency. Also, he wants to buy the units on his behalf.
If Serrano pays Universal a minimum of 80 % of the total contract. Then there's no
problem with Mr. Serrano to contact another company.
For this reason I solicited that there would be a hold harmless file.
