I have examined this test boring report and I see nothing in it that would indicate that the ground at the pool site would not sustain the slight increase in load with a full pool. Unless the conditions are found_ . different when the actual excavation takes place, am of the opinion that the soil will be satisfactory for the pool as shown on the plan submitted to you.
