coats; lathing; plastering all interior walls and ceilings;
the running of all plaster and stucco molds where shoAn;
the furnishing and installing of precast plaster and stucco woil

shown or implied by the plans and specifications. All cast
stone shown on plans and elevations shall be furnished by
Plasterer.

sshall be Clinton Cloth, heavy guage, hot - dipped, galvanized.
Metal lath shall be used on walls behind tile, at all in and
out corners, around plastered openings, and - wherever wise' nee-
essary also behind stone bases, and in showers.

job in the original packages with grade seals attached thereon.

The ApJA includes the installation of rough wiring in the
manner and with the materials specified below, and the hanging
of all electric fixtures which are provided under allowances.
All work shall be done by union labor only. specification
contemplates a complete electric system of.all light, telephone,
radio, and bell system in the residence and all work herein
contemplated shall be done in strict accordance with the latest
specifications, rules and regulations of the National Board
of Fire. Underwriters, known as the National Electric Code.
This contractor shall place at the top of all hot and Gold
water risers an air elajiber which shall' consist of a pipe
or size larger than the riser and 30" long to effectively
prevent theater - healer" in the system.
Ali ,soil pipe, vent pipes, house drains and fittings, shall
be new east iron_ ,pip , free from sand holes and other defects
and shall be coated with asphalt inside and out.. The weight
of cast-iron pipe and fittings shall be "Standard" weight
throughout.' All joints shall be well caulked with oakum and

All stacks and vents passing through the roof shall be equipped
with lead roof flanges which shall extend' up stack or vent and

Wherever possible all venta shall be tied together in attic so
as to minimize the number of vents passing through roof and
shall be kept to the rear slope of the building wherever
possible, and practical.
All water pipe shall be galvanized steel pipe.'

This contractor shall do all work necessary throughout, though,
not specifically mentioned herein, to make a complete and
absolutely satisfactory job of wiring.- No work or material will
be finally accepted or paid for until inspected and approved
by a regular licensed and recognized Electrical Inspector, fee
for this inspection to be paid, for by this contractor.
