We're now repairing the damage done inside by leaks this summer. Spike of Avail Construction filed a permit before Christmas to remove the current living room ceiling, install new lighting and replace the ceiling. We've decided to only remove and repair the ceiling areas that were damaged. We also decided not to change the lighting or to do any electrical work. Please see the attached photo of the damaged area. Could you approve Spike's permit (signed by me and notarized) today or tomorrow so we can quickly get this damage repaired?
