ITEM #2 ARTICLE IV- ZONING SIGN APPROVAL Mr. Abraham (owner) 8849 Biscayne Blvd. Mr. Abraham stated that the proposed sign will only be a temporary sign and that it will be replaced in approximately 4 months with a permanent sign with the wording The Market Place of Miami Shores. ?V1r. Crutchfield moved to approve the application as submitted with the stipulation that the existing signage be removed within the next two weeks and that the permanent sign have the same coloring as the existing sign. Mr. McCoy seconded the motion for discussion. After further discussion, Mr. Crutchfield withdrew his motion and Mr. Fernandez moved to approve the request subject to the approval of he color by the Building Director. Mr. Sturman seconded the motion and the vote was unanimous in favor. Photos are enclosed with the houses around me. I plan on adding a paved driveway later similar in color to the 1400 NE 101 St. house. The trim is to remain white. Please note on the photos the paint on most of the house (primer) is the 'approved' color. The paint surrounding the garage door is the desired color.
