Dear Mr. Lubien:
Thank you for your consideration in accepting my permit application
and review of my permit plans for room additions to my residence. I
have directed my architect to make the revisions you requested (change
approximately 16 L.F. of wood frame exterior walls to reinforced
masonry and raise the height of the roof tie beam to allow for top
chord bearing of the roof trusses). I will submit these plan
revisions upon receipt from my architect.
Per our discussion, I will be proceeding with the construction of
foundations in accordance with the plans and will be requesting the
required inspections with the understanding that I am proceeding at my
own risk.
