I am hereby requesting the closing and /or cancellation of permit number
MC -9 -09 -1500 opened for my residence by Blue Breeze Air Conditioning. I
purchased the home in August of 2009 and at the time I was looking for
vendors to service and inspect the air conditioning in the home before I moved
in.
Without my knowledge, Blue Breeze requested and opened a permit even
when they were not hired by me to do any servicing on the air conditioning I
wasn't aware of this until you advised me of the opened permit. I called Blue
Breeze and apparently, the manager there was not aware of the permit being
opened by one of their representatives. I was then advised they would take
care of this and close it.
At this point, I do not trust the above mentioned company will take any
action on this matter so I request that you cancel and or close this permit on 29
NW 100 TERRACE for me.

Via this letter let it be known that Blue Breeze One Hour Air Conditioning was not the
company who installed Mr. Rosario's air conditioning unit.
Mr. Rosario back on September 11, 2009 requested a quote from us fora unit. He was
not approved for financing from various companies. He therefore became upset, and now
has thrown us under the bus sort of speak.
Blue Breeze One Hour Air Conditioning needed to make this very clear to you. We are a
company in good standing, and aim to keep it this way.
