-As it pertains to Appendix "F ", it is the responsibility of the rooting contractor to provide the owner'vith the
r equired roofing permit, to provide the owner with this appendix and to explain to the owner the content of this
fortIt• The provisions of Chapter 34 of he South Florida Building Code
(SFBC) govern all the ntinini::ni
requirements and standards of the industry for roofing system i nstallations. Additionally, the following items
should bc addressed as part or the agreement between the owner and the contractor. The owner's initial in' the
adjacent box indicates that the item has been explained.
