The above aerial photograph shows the present church property and parking lot and
also the RENUART- UMBER YARD property
The acquisition of the Renuart property will provide Sunday School facilities, recrea-
tion areas and additional parking.
The cost is 5266,000.00, which can be financed over a long period f years. The Renu-
art property outlined in the photograph rans from 96th Street (North) to 94th Street
(South) Railroad Avenue (West) to railroad tracks (East). The, aquisition of this
property will not interfere with the present expansion program.
Parcel (A) will be leased to Renuarts for ten years.
Parcel (B) will be converted into Sunday Sc hool and recreational facilities. This is now
Renuarts` Mill.
Parcel (C) will be lensed to James Jones.
The remaining land, which is unmarked, will be converted into parking areas for more
than 150 automobiles.
