All damaged sheathing will be replaced. The damaged structural members will be reinforced as necessary. The roof will be dried -in with fiberglass -base felt, fastened with 1" annular, ring - shanked roofing nails through tin caps. They will be spaced 6" at the laps & 12" in the field. The sheet metal work at the roof edge will be 5" x 3 ", 24 gauge, galvanized iron. The metal will be nailed at 6 - 6" spacing, with 6" laps & mastic between faces at the joints & corners. The base will be mopped over with 2 plies of fiberglass felt & capped with mineral surfaced cap sheet. There will be no voids between faces. The finished roof membrane will be covered with Gory (or equal), white, flat, concrete roof tiles. Each tile will be set in a full trowel of mortar.
