proposed pool construction and offer the following observations:
- Our site inspection indicates silty sandy soil with rock particles
which are capable of supporting the pool structure. If any other
conditions are found the contractor must notity the engineer.
- Conventional pool construction methods may be utilized for this
site.
- If an underlain strata of muck is encountered, Challenger Pools, Inc.
must contact a registered engineer and remove the muck layer through-
out the construction limits and replace with gravel backfill.
- The bearing capacity is 2,000 psf.
