We would appreciate your assistance in obtaining a final mechanical inspection
on the aforementioned residence address. The inspection request was called in to
your office and we understand the request for inspection was given to one of your
inspectors on December 1, 1993. We understand your office is trying to complete
the inspection however you are having problems getting in touch with the owner
[James Griffin, Home Tel #: (305) 759 -9232; Work Tel #: (305) 255 - 9255]. Mr.
Griffin advises us that your office has not been in touch with him regarding the
inspection even though he has called your office several times.
As Hi Tech Cooling has a great amount of money tied up in this we would
greatly appreciate any help you could offer us in getting the final inspection for
this property location. We would like to have this settled within a fourteen day
period if at all possible. We have listed Mr. Griffin's telephone numbers [above]
and ask that you contact him to arrange for a time where he [or his wife] can be
present for the inspection. If you require any assistance on our part, please do not
hesitate to contact us.
