There is extensive material available at the Village Hall regarding your claims. Our records show that we have fully investigated your complaints on numerous occasions but have been unable to substantiate your claims against your neighbors, the police department or the various exterminating companies.. I appreciate that you have brought this information to my attention. However, at this point in time, I do not feel that there is any further assistance which we can provide you. I would suggest that if you believe that various acts of aggression continue against you and you feel as though you are not getting satisfactory service from the Miami Shores Police Department, you engage a private service to assist you in substantiating your claims.
