constructed at the above mentioned residence was fully structurally analyzed and satisfies
the requirements of the South Florida Building Code in effect 2007. Details of the form
prior to pouring of the concrete are shown in the attached photos and are submitted for
your review and approval. The new driveway and foundation meets the setback
requirements and all load requirements.
I am the engineer of record for the current permit documents.
The approval of the driveway and further permitting by the Miami Shores Village is
hereby requested.
