In accordance with your request, we have completed a boring at
the proposed site for a swimming pool at the referenced site.
Following is a description of encountered subsurface conditions:

The water level was encountered at a depth of 4 feet and 4
inches. We were unable to penetrate the rock present at a depth
of 5 feet and 1 inch.
In our professional opinion, subsurface conditions are
satisfactory for the support of the proposed pool structure. The
bottom of the excavation is to be tamped prior to the placement
of any reinforcement. Backfill around the pool walls is also to
be carefully tamped to avoid future settlements. We recommend
that the pool deck be structurally isolated from the pool.
