The maximum span, construction and method of installation of the panels shall be as shown in the schedule and detail:; in the approved drawing #92 -137 Page 1/1, dated 11 -19 -92 and revised on 11- 19 -92. Applications for building permit shall be accompanied by two copies of the approved drawing #92 -137 Page 1/1 clearly marked to indicate panel gauge, maximum span and type of installation. Also a drawing showing size and location, including height above grade, of openings to receive shutters, and a completely dimensioned plot plan. In order for a permit to be issued, zoning regulations must be complied with. Due to Hurricane Andrew, this office has been inundated with requests for both new products and renewals which has caused a large backlog in responding with an official Notice of Acceptance.
