After having left an self addressed envelop with the police
office when we left Miami and after having written you a couple
weeks ago for an occupany permit so we can have the electricity
connected and occupy our home when returning to Miami, we have
not heard from you thus far.
We are now on our way south and expect to arrive in Miami after
spending a couple week with our son. Won' you please send us the
occupany permit so we can move into our new home or at least write
us why we are not entitled to it at once so we can correct the
cause and get it.

house with you to insure that everything is completed to your
entire satisfaction and then issue the Certificate of Occupancy.
Before your electricity can be ordered turned
on it will be necessary for you to make a deposit to the Florida
Powyr and Light Company, Ingraham Building, Miami, Florida. A
Certificate of Occupancy is not needed for this deposit.'
