ON HIS PROPERTY LINE FORWARD OF HIS HOUSE.
THE ORDINANCE PERMITS A 3'6" wall. The grade
of the lot is approximately 18" below the crown of
Biscayne Blvd. and if a finish grade of 4" above the
crown of Biscayne Blvd. were taken then the wall
could be 3'10" above Biscayne Blvd. or 5'4" above
the existing grade. See attached sketch.
