General designs
Plan is oriented to take advantage of southeast breeze in
all rooms and to save four of the existing oak trees, is possible.
Each room overlooks a large living yard screened off from the street.
A desire on the part of the Owner and myself to provide overhangs as
wide as possible -- brings about our request for permission to use a
/12 pitch marble -chip roof.
Because of the alley at the rear, we prefer a drive- through
carport, end have provided a large storage closet in this area.
The cubic- footage figures include nothing for the carport
in spite of its construction similarity to a garage -- however, I
have included the enclosed storage closet area at one -half.
